½cupall-purpose flour
2eggsbeaten
1cuppanko breadcrumbs
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspoonpaprika

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Slice the onion into ¼ inch rings and separate them.
Set up your dredging station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dip each onion ring into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on a baking sheet until ready to cook.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray and place the onion rings in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly (if you can wait!), and dig in. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy the crunch!
