2 pounds pork loin or pork belly cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons soy sauce For Optional Marinade: 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey 2 cloves garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork bites, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
