Ingredients
  

  • 1 package ravioli fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Cooking spray
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In one shallow bowl, place the beaten eggs. In another, combine the bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat them in the bread crumb mixture. For extra crunch, repeat the dip in the egg and crumbs.
  • Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with cooking oil.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping, and enjoy those crunchy, cheesy bites!
