2 trout fillets skin-on, deboned 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper For Garnish: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped Lemon slices
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pat the trout fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the mixture over both sides of the fillets.
Place the fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
