Ingredients
  

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • ½ pound ground pork or chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork or chicken, shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling on each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a dab of water or egg wash.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the egg rolls in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
