- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg, then add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Line your muffin cups with liners and fill each about ⅔ full with batter.
Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the muffins from the air fryer and let them cool on a cooling rack before serving.
