Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg, then add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Line your muffin cups with liners and fill each about ⅔ full with batter.
  • Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
