Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup hot sauce like Frank's RedHot
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  • Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • In another bowl, mix the hot sauce with a bit more olive oil to thin it out.
  • When the cauliflower is golden and crispy, toss it in the hot sauce mixture.
  • Return the florets to the air fryer for another 3 minutes to set the sauce.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary based on the model of your air fryer.
  • For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the hot sauce mixture.
  • These cauliflower bites are best eaten fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer to keep them crispy.
