Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until just mixed—don’t overdo it.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
