Cooking Brush
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup plain yogurt Greek or regular
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup water
- Optional: garlic herbs, cheese for topping
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the yogurt and gradually add water until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a flat oval (or whatever shape you fancy).
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
Place one naan in the basket and cook for about 5 minutes, flip halfway through so both sides get the love.
Repeat with remaining pieces.
Brush with melted butter or ghee before serving and enjoy your warm, delicious naan!
