Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup plain yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup water
  • Optional: garlic herbs, cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the yogurt and gradually add water until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a flat oval (or whatever shape you fancy).
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
  • Place one naan in the basket and cook for about 5 minutes, flip halfway through so both sides get the love.
  • Repeat with remaining pieces.
  • Brush with melted butter or ghee before serving and enjoy your warm, delicious naan!
