1 cup chickpea flour ½ cup water 1 medium potato peeled and diced 1 small onion chopped 1 cup spinach chopped 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder Pinch of chilli powder optional Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, mixed veggies, spices, salt, and just enough water to make a thick batter—no one likes a soggy bomb!
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to keep those pakoras from getting stuck.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the basket, leaving space between them to allow for crispiness.
