If you'd like side ideas to serve alongside a main course, consider these beef tips side dish ideas.

  • Batter game strong: Your batter should be thick enough to cling to the veggies (about the thickness of pancake batter)-too runny, and they'll slide right off!
  • Don't rush the air fryer (find similar timings in easy air fryer recipes for beginners): Preheat it to about 375°F to ensure those pakoras get crispy and golden.
  • Batch it up: Cook in small batches, about 4-6 pieces so air can circulate, so they're comfy in the basket-it's a party for your pakoras, after all!

Serving Suggestions

Now that you've whipped up a batch of delicious pakoras, let's talk serving:

  • Dippin' delight: Serve these with mint chutney or a tangy tamarind sauce for a flavour explosion (mint chutney is a cooling coriander-mint sauce; tamarind sauce offers a sweet-tangy finish common in Indian cuisine)!
  • Snack-tastic platter: Make a big batch for a gathering, served immediately while hot for best crunch, and watch them disappear faster than you can say "more, please!"
  • Tailgate treat: These are perfect for game day-easy to munch on while cheering for your team!
