Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, making a small indentation in the center of each one.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the patties in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the burgers are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
