4 medium zucchinis halved and hollowed 1 pound ground turkey 1 cup bell peppers chopped 1 small onion diced 2 cloves garlic minced 1 cup tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant.
