Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork (for mashing and mixing)
  • Brush or Cooking Spray

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup crab meat shredded
  • 3 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth and well-combined.
  • Take a wonton wrapper, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, and wet the edges with a little water. Fold it into a triangle and seal it tightly. Repeat until you’ve filled ‘em all!
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Place your crab rangoon in a single layer in the basket, giving them a little space to breathe. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on these little beauties—everyone’s going to want to dive in as soon as they’re out!
  • Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce and get ready for the rave reviews!

Notes

  • You can prep these ahead of time and freeze them before cooking. Just pop them straight into the air fryer from the freezer—no need to thaw!
  • Experiment with different crab meat types or even mimic a cheesy crab dip if you’re feeling extra indulgent!
