Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • Soak the wedges in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
