Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh peach or berries, or cherries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit and sugar—let it sit for a few minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour in the milk and melted butter, and whisk until well combined. Gently fold the fruit mixture into the batter.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  • Cook in the preheated air fryer at 320°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the fruity goodness of your cobbler!

Notes

  • Feel free to swap out fruits based on the season—variety is the spice of life!
  • If you can resist, let it cool down a bit before digging in, but we both know that’s going to be a challenge!
