Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat
  • ½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta cooked and drained

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes, reducing slightly.
  • Stir in the remaining butter and fresh lemon juice, tossing to coat the shrimp.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer sauce, stir in extra butter at the end.
  • If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, substitute chicken broth for white wine.
  • Use high-quality shrimp for the best flavor and texture.
