Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz brie cheese approximately 8-12 ounces
  • 245 grams puff pastry 1 sheet
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a size that will cover the brie completely when drawn up around the sides.
  • Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry sheet.
  • Drizzle the honey over the brie, then sprinkle the walnuts on top.
  • Gently fold the puff pastry up around the brie, sealing the edges.
  • Brush the top and sides of the pastry with the beaten egg to create a golden-brown sheen as it bakes.
