Instructions
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a baking sheet. Spoon the cooked ground beef over the chips.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the beef. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with sliced jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
