Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: blueberries chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, milk, egg, and maple syrup until well-mixed.
  • Add the rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Lightly grease your ramekins and pour the oat mixture evenly into them.
  • Add any additional mix-ins like blueberries or chocolate chips on top.
  • Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving. Top with extra maple syrup or your favorite toppings if desired.
