- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
