1 head of green cabbage Olive oil for drizzling Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Garlic powder to taste Paprika or cayenne pepper optional
Cut the cabbage into wedges, about 1 inch thick, and remove the core.
In a mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the cabbage wedges and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika/cayenne. Toss to coat evenly.
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
Place the cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
Cook the cabbage for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
