Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Paprika or cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cabbage into wedges, about 1 inch thick, and remove the core.
  • In a mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the cabbage wedges and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika/cayenne. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
  • Place the cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
  • Cook the cabbage for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Let them cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
