  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated cheese cheddar, feta, etc.
  • 1 cup diced veggies bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ cup milk or cream or dairy-free alternative (approximately 60 ml)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Stir in the cheese and chopped veggies until evenly mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them about ¾ full.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 280°F (or the temperature recommended for baking).
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Carefully remove the bites from the molds and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • If you want to make a larger batch, double the ingredients and cook in batches, keeping the first round warm in the oven on low heat.
  • Feel free to experiment with additional ingredients—these bites are all about your personal taste!
