Ingredients
  

  • 4 flounder fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for coating

Instructions
 

  • Pat the flounder fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets, then coat with panko breadcrumbs to achieve that lovely crunch.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Arrange the fillets in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer a lighter touch, you can spray the fillets with cooking spray instead of drizzling oil.
  • For added flavour, marinate the flounder in lemon juice and spices for up to 30 minutes before cooking!
