- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced about 450g
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder to taste
- ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar optional
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced mushrooms and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
