Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced about 450g
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced mushrooms and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Place the vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once golden and crispy, drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added zing, try adding a splash of lemon juice right before serving.
  • Adjust the cooking time based on how roasted you like your veggies—more time for extra crisp!
