1.5 pounds steak Sirloin, ribeye, etc. 2 bell peppers any color 1 onion red or yellow 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling 1 teaspoon garlic powder to taste 1 teaspoon paprika to taste 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper to taste
Cut your steak and veggies into even pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until nicely coated.
Thread the steak and veggies onto the skewers, alternating between them.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the steak is cooked to your liking.
Let them rest for a minute, then dig in!
If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
Adjust the cook time based on how you like your steak – less for rare, more for well done. Enjoy your kabobs!
