Equipment

  • Air-fryer
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds steak Sirloin, ribeye, etc.
  • 2 bell peppers any color
  • 1 onion red or yellow
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut your steak and veggies into even pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until nicely coated.
  • Thread the steak and veggies onto the skewers, alternating between them.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the skewers in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the steak is cooked to your liking.
  • Let them rest for a minute, then dig in!

Notes

  • If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
  • Adjust the cook time based on how you like your steak – less for rare, more for well done. Enjoy your kabobs!
