In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
Lay out the salmon fillets on a flat surface with the skin side down.
Divide the cream cheese filling evenly between the two fillets, spreading it on one side of each fillet.
Roll the salmon fillets up, starting at the thinner end and rolling towards the thicker end.
If desired, place the rolled fillets in a baking dish to help hold their shape while air frying.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Place the stuffed salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, giving them enough space to cook evenly.
Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time with tongs or a spatula.
Once cooked, remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
