- 1 pound mushrooms cleaned and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until well-coated.
If using, add the Parmesan cheese and give it another good toss.
Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket, making sure they're in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are crispy and golden.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
