  2. Warm nut butter and honey in microwave for about 20 seconds; stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Pour nut butter mixture over dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Shape into bite-sized balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge.
