  • 10 sheets of phyllo dough thawed if frozen
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Olive oil for brushing
