Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Rock this recipe with these awesome tips:

  • Don't Overcrowd the Basket: Give each floret some space for even cooking, leaving about ½ inch between pieces so hot air can circulate for even browning.
  • Toss Well: Make sure every piece is well-coated with sauce, about 2 tablespoons of sauce per head of cauliflower to lightly glaze each floret.
  • Serve Immediately: These are best enjoyed fresh out of the air fryer - see crispy cauliflower bites for extra crunch for more ideas.

Variations and Add-Ons

Take your buffalo cauliflower to the next level:

  • Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing: For dipping, of course.
  • Lemon Juice: A squeeze for some zesty flavor, the bright acidity helps cut through the spicy buffalo sauce.
  • Chopped Parsley: For a pop of color and freshness.
  • Breadcrumbs: For extra crunch, use Japanese panko breadcrumbs for a lighter, crunchier coating.
