Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Spring Rolls

To make sure these spring rolls turn out fantastic, keep these pro tips in mind:

  • Don't overfill: It's tempting, but too much filling will lead to spring rolls popping open like an uninvited party crasher! Leave about a ½-inch border around the wrapper when rolling to prevent splitting.
  • Seal them well: Use a mix of flour and water to create a sticky glue for sealing the edges-no leaks allowed! (mix 1 tablespoon flour with 2 tablespoons water for a smooth paste)
  • Shake it up: Halfway through cooking (about 6 minutes into a 12-minute cook at 400°F), give the basket a good shake to ensure even crispiness all around and learn similar techniques with crispy air fryer egg roll techniques!

  • With dip: Whip up a simple dipping sauce using soy sauce, vinegar (try 2 parts soy to 1 part rice vinegar), and a hint of chili flakes for that zing!
  • As a platter: Arrange on a platter with some fresh herbs and lime wedges for a pretty presentation. (try cilantro or Thai basil for an authentic Southeast Asian touch)
  • Snack time: Perfect as a snack to munch while binge-watching your favourite show-trust us, you'll be reaching for more!
